Darphin started in Paris in 1958, when "Kinesiotherapist" Pierre Darphin set out to create the ultimate skin care products. His experience and dedication to the science of skin care set the foundation for over 50 years of success.

Mr. Darphin not only studied science, but also the way women love to pamper themselves. He believed that women have an instinctual need to maintain their youth and beauty. Together with the science and the understanding of female lifestyle and tendencies, he had kick start in the beauty industry. Come to think of it, maybe he was onto something!

The purpose of this serum is to renew your natural radiance, defend against free radicals, soothe and soften the skin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. In other words, it's supposed to be a miracle product. The serum is applied before applying your daily moisturizer. It can also be used right before a special event to provide an instant glow for those moments where you need to shine.

The product is light and easy to apply. User reports have been mostly positive about the effectiveness of the serum. Many reported immediate results filling in fine lines and getting an instant boost. A few have complained that it has too much of a "chemical" scent, though we don't think it's obtrusive.

We like that the serum packed with potent botanical extracts, including one of our favorites: Centella Asiatica. Several studies have documented its powerful skin repairing capabilities and ability to stimulate collagen production. We don't need to tell you that these are key properties in our constant fight against skin aging!

It is important to note that this serum is intended for use as a supplement to a day and night moisturizer. It seems that many use it for "special occasions" when they need that extra lift. At over $30 for a single dose that's understandable! Overall, if you don't mind adding an expensive specialty product to your arsenal it's a great supplement.

This serum has really worked well for early signs of aging such as those fine lines, wrinkles and lack of elasticity. It really feels great going on and smells amazing. You can feel its effect from the moment you put it on. I mainly use it when I have a lack of sleep. It's a great product. I will use it again.

Love at first use! The texture is amazingly perfect! Its nice and light and feels like silk when you apply it. It leaves my skin feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I use it under the Predermine Densifying Anti-wrinkle Fluid, and the results are amazing. However, I heard that this serum would work well with any moisturizer. I know it's expensive, but its important to remember that you only need a very small amount, maximum 2 or 3 drops each use.

This serum worked out well overall for me, however I found it to be a bit sticky both on my fingers and when I applied it. I waiting a few minutes before applying my moisturizer and then if felt better. I can't complain about the results, because I did notice my face looked much nicer and my fine lines diminished. It firmed my skin and gave me the results I wanted.
